Onsite Site Specific Health & Safety Planning
A site specific Health & Safety Plan is created prior to project start. This plan addresses possible exposure to hazards on the site. All field personnel, subcontractors, and visitors working in the areas of known hazards are required to review the plan prior to performing site work. A copy is made available onsite and is for review. |
Safety Meetings & PPEDaily, Monthly & Job-site Safety Meetings
Personal Protective Equipment CWS conducts daily job site inspections and employee safety meetings at all project sites. Employees are required to comply with customer's or facilities’ safety standards. Employee attendance is mandatory at regular monthly safety meetings . Each employee will be responsible for wearing an OSHA approved hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, leather work gloves and safety boots as well as work appropriate clothing. CWS will issue specialized personal protective equipment as needed. |
Training & Record KeepingSupervisor & Employee Training
Health & Safety Record Keeping All employees require training in order to understand how to recognize hazards and add to the safety of a job site, and be able to comply with OSHA standards. To assist employees meeting these goals and standards, CWS provides and assists with appropriate training courses. All employees and subcontractors, are required to immediately report unsafe work conditions or unsafe work practices observed to CWS's Site Superintendent., and all reports will be documented and inspected. All incidents, accidents, and near‐misses will be investigated and documented according to OSHA standards. |
